This is my dark place, don’t come near
Because there is no way out of here.
I have been trapped for many of year
This is my dark place, don’t come near.
Inside my dark place are broken dreams
Once happy thoughts with busted seams.
Sickening sites and blood curdling screams
Inside my dark place are broken dreams.
Outside my dark place are happy sights
Where the children play and the dog don’t bite.
Everyone is cheerful, rarely a fight,
Outside my dark place are happy sights.
Save me friends, before it’s too late
I want you to rescue me, I can’t wait.
I don’t want to feel the resent and hate

Otherwise, it reminds me of me. I have a very clean, polite exterrior, but I'm a gothic person at the core. We all have a dark side that we want to keep contained, but sometimes, it overwhelms us. Don't fear your dark side, get to know it. Just remember, keep an anchor to the light.

yea, i look like a happy go lucky kinda person (most of the time) on the outside...unless i'm wearing my everlasting look of discust at the idiots at school. thats at school tho, and i'm a totally different person there. anywho i seem like a pretty nice person who likes people and life. inside tho....ugh i hate the way i am. i constantly question what i do and say and think of homicide/suicide...it freaks me out that sometimes i wanna whip out a gun and just go on a mass shooting spree. i want a dark side...but it is consuming my every thought. luckely it hasnt taken over my actions......yet. hopefully i can get it contained....and just be happy. its a long story, but i've only been truly happy once...and when that week and a half was over....it was followed by the deepest depression i've ever experienced.
